Tonya Wright is a construction and real estate development professional committed to expanding access, ownership, and leadership opportunities within the built environment. As a woman leading in a traditionally male-dominated industry, she brings discipline, vision, and execution to every project she touches.
With a background spanning construction project management, commercial real estate finance, and development strategy, Tonya bridges the gap between capital and construction. Her experience in multifamily finance and industry engagement at the Mortgage Bankers Association strengthened her ability to connect stakeholders, structure viable projects, and advance meaningful collaboration across sectors.
